摘    要:电力建设项目的投资决策是一个复杂的决策系统,同时也是一个多阶段,多状态的动态决策过程,作者利用动态规划的多阶段寻优的特点,建立了动态规划的数学模型,对电力建设项目进行了分阶段的评价和选择,通过求解动态规划模型,获得电网建设的最优投资规模和投资时。文章将方法应用在汕头的220KV电网建设上,得出了汕头电网建设的动态决策结果,得到规划期内各年的最佳电网建设项目安排,使电网建设投资具有科学性和可行性。

Abstract:The investment decision of electric powerconstruction projects is a complex decision-making system and it is also a multi-step and multi-state dynamic decision process. Using the feature of the multi-step optimization of Dynamic Programming, a mathematical model for DynamicProgram-ming is established and the evaluation and selection of electric power construction projects by stages are carried out. Through the solution of the Dynamic Programming model the optimal scale and opportunity of investment are obtained. This method is applied to the construction of 220kV power network in Shantou, Guangdong Province and the dynamic decisionresult of the construction of Shantou power network is obtained and the annual optimal arrangements of items in powernetwork construction items during the programmed period are achieved, therefore, the optimal investment of power network is feasible in practice.
