摘    要:根据浙江宁波电网所采用的多种电压无功综合自动控制器(VQC)的调试和运行情况,对VQC的几个主要技术问题,如:闭锁问题、人机界面问题、运行方式和控制策略问题等进行了分析和研究。指出了现阶段VQCR 常见问题和改进要求。另外,对目前中国电网VQC的几种应用方式,即后台机软件VQC、自动化系统网络VQC、自带I/O系统的独立VQC的结构和优缺点进行了比较。

Abstract:Through the adjustment and operational situation of various VQCs used in Ningbo Power Network several main technical problems of VQCs, such as blocking of VQC, man machine interface, operating mode and control strategy and so on, are analyzed, the common problems of VQCs and items having to be improved are pointed out. Otherwise, the advantages, drawbacks and the structures of various VQCs being applied in power networks in China, e.g., VQCs based on SCADA system, VQCs based on computer net of automation system and the independent VQCs with their own I/O system, are compared.
