| Abstract: | Compact tine can increase the surgei,npedance loading and transmission capacity densityand can reduce the corridor width siknificantly. Theconductor configuration optimization is one of the keyproblems in the compact line design. In the paper, themulti-objective optimization technique is introduced andthe shape and the spacing of the bundles are used asconstraints conforming with engineering proctice inChina. The optimized conductor configurations of the220 kV An-Lang compact line and 500 kV compact lineare compared with conventional lines. The electricatparameters and environmenial effect values of differentconfiguration schemes are assessed |
