换流站交流母线检修时的暂时过电压分析

摘    要:我国常规直流工程的换流站交流母线广泛采用3/2断路器接线方式,运行期间可能会出现交流母线一条检修、另一条运行的状态,而对应的暂时过电压水平未作为换流站绝缘配合的设计依据,因此有必要对其进行校核,进而确定换流站无功大组所在间隔的暂时过电压水平是否会超过设备的耐受能力以及对应的限制措施。结合三峡电力外送直流输电工程的具体情况,利用电磁暂态仿真程序EMTDC,对换流站交流母线一条检修、另一条运行状态下无功大组所在间 隔的暂时过电压水平进行了仿真分析。分析结果表明,在这种工况下无需考虑限制暂时过电压的特殊措施,即可保证换流站的安全运行。该结论可作为电网运行部门安排换流站交流母线检修的依据。

Abstract:In China, one and a half circuit breaker scheme is widely applied to AC buses in converter stations for conventional HVDC power transmission projects, thus such an operation condition may appear, i.e., one AC bus is overhauled and another one is in operation. Because corresponding temporary over-voltage level is not taken as the design basis for insulation coordination of converter station, it is necessary to check the temporary over-voltage level under this condition and then to decide whether the temporary over-voltage lever of the bay where reactive power bank of converter station locates exceeds the withstand ability of equipment or not as well as corresponding restrictive measures. Combining with the concrete situation of HVDC project to transmit the electric power generated by The Three Gorges Hydropower Station and by use of electromagnetic transient simulation software EMTDC, the temporary over-voltage level of the bay where reactive power bank of converter station locates is simulated and analyzed under the condition that one AC bus is overhauled and another one is in operation. Analysis results show that under this operation condition the secure operation of converter substation can be ensured while it is not necessary to adopt special measures to restrict temporary over-voltage. This conclusion is available for reference in the scheduling of maintenance plan of AC buses in converter station.
