GPS及其在电力系统中的应用

摘    要:GPS是美国国防部操纵的全球定位卫星系统,用以提供精确定位信息,该系统提供了一球范围内易获取的精度为1μs的定时脉冲,本对GPS及其可用性、可靠性作了概述,并给一些电力系统中的应用例子。由于GPS的全网同步采样,使同步相量测量成为可能。本对相量测量的原理和应用作了一些论述。

Abstract:The Navstar Global Positioning System(GPS)is a constellation of satellites operated by theU' S' Department of Defense to provide precise positioningin formation. The system furnishes a common-access timingpulse, accurate to within 1 microsecond receivable at any location on the Earth. An overview of GPS, its availabilityand dependability is given, followed by applications in power system. Synchronized sampling over an entire power system based on GPS makes simultaneous phasor measurements available. The principle and applications of phasermeasurement are reviewed in this paper.
