摘    要:对比了发电计划安全校正常用2种方法:灵敏度反向配对法和线性规划法.其中线性规划法由于其各约束条件均为硬约束,可能存在无解的情况.实际应用中如果不能彻底消除越限,要给出一个减弱越限程度的解以供决策参考.分析了常规安全校正模型中目标函数和约束条件的特点,基于摄动原理,引入不同特性的偏差变量和罚系数作为摄动量,构造了软约束优...
