摘    要:针对高速电气化铁路牵引供电系统由于不平衡负荷和整流引起的电网较大负序和谐波电流的电能质量问题,提出一种基于铁路功率调节器(railway static power conditioner,RPC)的新型电能质量补偿系统,详细介绍和分析了该新型补偿装置的拓扑结构和负序补偿原理,并对该新型结构的主电路参数设计方法进行讨论。...
