基于全寿命状态的设备可靠性研究

摘    要:应用基于设备状态的故障率计算模型,研究如何科学求取模型中的比例参数和曲率参数。首先分析了由于反演法未能充分利用状态信息而导致的缺点,然后提出了基于设备全寿命状态的模型参数求解法。该方法可以分别求解一类设备、单个设备和设备分生命阶段的状态可靠性模型,不需要大量的统计样本,而且能通过状态的变化体现维修对于可靠性的影响。算例...
