| Abstract: | The approaches for distribution network modeling and connectivity analysis are presented in this paper. A number of physical models that are designed deliberately for describing distribution feeders, feeder sections, supply sources, etc., are described. These models can help to avoid a vast number of dummy stations and dummy buses in building distribution network database, and can make the users to define the radial network easily and visually. It is shown in a practical engineering application that these approaches are flexible, reasonable and efficient, and they can be applied to the DMS developments. |
