| 摘 要： | 为了合理引导用电、降低能源消耗,当前我国正在开展电力需求侧管理,并将大量配置相应的负荷管理系统.作者在分析传统负荷管理的基础上,就开展需求侧管理(DSM)的主要措施,面向DSM的负荷管理系统及其与电网调度、电力营销、和信息管理的系统集成进行了阐述和讨论.

| Abstract: | In order to reasonably lead the power utilizationand reduce the energy consumption, the demand sidemanagement (DSM) is currently executed in China, and a lot ofrelevant load management system will be equipped soonafterwards. Based on the analysis of traditional loadmanagement, the main measures of DSM, the DSM orientedload management system and its system integration with powersystem control, electricity transaction and informationmanagement are presented and expounded and discussed. |
