低碳电力技术的研究展望

摘    要:发展低碳经济,是应对全球气候变暖、实现经济可持续发展的迫切要求。作为CO2减排的主力军,电力行业实现低碳化发展具有着重要的现实意义与战略意义。本文在深入揭示我国电力行业碳排放特性与碳减排潜力的基础上,从宏观与微观层面全面地分析了在低碳经济中电力行业所面临的新形势与呈现的新特点,剖析了"低碳电力"这一新的研究领域的发展方向,对低碳电力技术的研究与运用进行了展望,阐述了实施低碳电力发展战略所将面临的主要挑战与亟待解决的问题,并建立了低碳电力技术的整体研究框架。

Abstract:Delivering a low-carbon economy puts ourselves on a path to cut CO2 emissions, which is the main contributor to global warming. Developing low-carbon technology in electricity industry will play an important role in helping us to be prepared for the low-carbon economy in the future since electricity always being the biggest emission source. In this paper, after describing features of CO2 emissions and corresponding reduction potential in China's electricity sector, main difficulties and challenges in creating a low-carbon electricity industry in China are analyzed. On this base, a research framework is established, giving out a comprehensive prospect on the future development of electricity technology in a low-carbon scenario, which deeply reveals new research trends and interests of this area.
