摘    要:通过研究国内外智能用电服务的发展现状、技术支持和试点情况,分析了建设智能服务平台的重要意义.针对智能电网条件下的用户个性化、多样化服务需求,提出了智能服务互动平台系统方案和设备配置,重点介绍了平台系统架构、网络接口和关键设备等内容,并通过厦门智能互动社区试点项目介绍了互动服务平台的应用实践.最后对互动服务平台进行了总结和展望

Abstract:The significance of constructing smart interactive platform for smart service of power consumption was analyzed based on the analysis on present development,technical support and the situation of pilot projects home and abroad.To meet the demand of individual and diversified services under smart grid,a scheme an smart interactive service platform system and its equipment configuration were proposed;such contents as the architecture of the platform system,network interfaces and key equipments for it were emphatically introduced.Based on the pilot project of an smart interactive community in Xiamen in Fujian Province,the application of the interactive service platform was presented.Finally,the summary and prospect of interactive platform were given.
