| 摘 要： | 配电自动化系统建设必须分步实施,这已经成为共识。盐城供电公司于1996年开始了配电自动化系统的建设,至今已经历了三个阶段。系统的建设为提高供电可靠性和配电运行管理水平发挥了重要的作用。本文通过对盐城配电自动化系统建设各阶段的回顾,分析和总结了配电自动化系统分步实施的模式问题,探讨配电自动化系统的实用化建设之路。

| Abstract: | It has already run into a common view that building distribution automation system must be implemented step-by-step. The distribution automation system of Yancheng supply company was began to build in 1996 and has gone through three phases up to now, which has played an important part on improvement of power supply reliability and distribution management. By reviewing the process of construction of the Yancheng distribution automation system, this paper analyzes and summarizes the model of step-by-step implementation, and discusses the practical way of distribution automation system. |
