摘    要:针对当前电力系统运行点趋于稳定边缘的现象,提出了一种确定电力系统最优安全运行点的新方法.文中考虑电压安全裕度的改进的多目标最优潮流模型在确保系统运行于理想负荷裕度的同时优化系统的综合运行成本.该方法采用连续潮流法与传统最优潮流模型确定多目标最优潮流模型的初始权重系数,然后用预测-校正原对偶内点法求解改进模型.仿真结果表明,文中提出的改进模型与基于目标规划的多目标最优潮流模型相比,不仅能有效确定系统的最优安全运行点,而且在系统运行偏离理想负荷裕度时具有二次惩罚策略,其优化目标将最终迫使系统运行点向理想负荷点靠近.

Abstract:According to the fact that at present power system operating point trends towards its stability limit, a new method to determine the optimal secure power system operating point is proposed, in which the integrated operation cost of power system is optimized while ensuring the power system to operate within ideal load margin by use of the improved multi-objective optimal power flow (OPF) model considering the voltage security margin. In the proposed method the initial weight coefficient of the multi-objective OPF model can be determined by using continuation power flow method and traditional OPF model, and the improved model can be solved by predictor-corrector primal-dual interior point method. Simulation results show that, compared with the multi-objective OPF model based on goal programming, the proposed improved model not only can effectively determine the optimal secure operating point of power system, but also possesses quadratic penalty strategy when the power system operation region deviates from the ideal load margin, at last the operation point of power system will be forced to be close to ideal load point by its optimized objective.
