电网输电线路工频参数测量系统的研究

摘    要:国内传统的电网高压输电线路工频参数测量工具及测量方法存在许多问题及缺点,如变化的非线性及谐波影响带来的误差,测量电容时线路尾部电压难以测得等。针对这些问题研制了微机化测量系统,使输电线路工频参数的测量变得简单易行。

Abstract:In China the traditional measuring instruments and methods are still being used to measure the power frequency parameter of high voltage power transmission network. These instruments and methods have shortcomings such as the non linearity of transformation ratio and the errors caused by harmonics, etc. To correct these shortcomings some new methods for power frequency parameter measurement, e. g., susceptance measurement based on lumped parameter model, susceptance measurement based on distributed parameter model, the correction of transformation ratio, etc., are thoroughly researched and a microprocessor based intelligent measuring system is developed. In this paper the basic principle of this measuring system and the block diagrams of its hardware and software are given. Test results show that this measuring system is practicable and this system is recommended to be applied in Hebei electric power system.
