电-气耦合系统概率Pareto最大负荷裕度及灵敏度分析

摘    要:针对含风电机组的电-气耦合系统在最大负荷裕度及其相互影响问题,考虑电力网络,天然气网络及能源集线器3部分等式和不等式约束,以电力网络与天然气网络的最大负荷裕度Pareto最优为目标,构建含风电电-气耦合系统概率最大负荷裕度多目标优化混合最优潮流模型。采用随机响应面法处理风电机组出力的不确定性,提出了结合牛顿法、快速非支配排序遗传算法和最大满意度决策的模型求解方法;进而对电-气耦合系统最大负荷裕度的灵敏度进行分析。最后,算例仿真结果表明,所提模型和算法正确有效,定义的灵敏度指标可识别系统薄弱节点及评估最大负荷裕度下系统耦合影响。

Abstract:Aiming at the electricity-gas coupling system of wind turbines,the maximum load margin and interaction are studied.Considering three-part equation and inequality constraints of the electricity network,natural gas network and energy hub(EH),a multi-objective optimal mixed-flow model with maximum probabilistic load margin for the electric-gas coupling system is constructed with the maximum load margin as optimal target.The stochastic response surface method(SRSM)is used to deal with uncertainty of wind turbine output.Combining Newton method,non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm II(NSGA-II)and maximum satisfaction decision hybrid algorithm,a model solving method is put forward.Then,sensitivity of the maximum load margin of the electricity-gas coupling system is analyzed.Finally,case simulation results of an electricity-gas coupling system show that the proposed model and algorithm are correct and effective,and the defined sensitivity indicators can identify weak nodes and evaluate the effects of system coupling on the maximum load margin.
