节能发电调度经济补偿机制市场模型及算法

摘    要:实施节能发电调度将引起各方利益的重大调整,节能发电调度经济补偿机制的建立有利于保障节能发电调度的顺利实施。分析了实施节能发电调度需要解决的经济补偿问题及补偿原则,并提出了节能发电调度的3种基本补偿模式;以电网安全稳定运行及连续可靠供电为约束,以社会效用最优、成交量最大为优化目标,并考虑节能、环保、经济、公平等因素,建立了节能发电调度经济补偿机制的市场模型,并提出了模型求解的4种算法。
