特高压交流试验示范工程现场建设管理机制研究

摘    要:为提高特高压交流试验示范工程现场的管控能力,工程建设管理单位深入研究了工程现场管理策略,在管理制度体系、管理机制和手段、安全措施再投入、质量管控、关键施工技术方案策划、标准化建设等方面进行了积极探索。文章总结了晋东南—南阳—荆门特高压交流试验示范工程建设过程中取得的一系列重要的研究成果和实践经验,包括现场建设管理制度体系的建立、以项目建设管理部为实施主体的扁平化管理的工程建设管理新模式的提出、安全措施的落实与投入、工程质量管控的策划与实施、施工技术和管理流程的标准化、施工技术的创新和推广等。这些成果和经验提高了对工程现场的管控能力,确保了工程的有序推进,可为未来特高压工程建设管理提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract:To improve the worksite management and control ability of UHVAC pilot project, the administration department of the engineering construction researched the worksite control strategy in depth and took place the exploration in the field of management scheme, management mechanism and means, reclosing of safety measures, quality managaement and control, the plan arrangement of key construction technologies and the standardized construction. In this paper, a series of important research achievemnets and practical experiences obtained in the construction of the first 1000kV polot project in China that is from Southern Shanxi via Nangyang to Jingmen are summarized, including the establishment of worksite management system, the propostion new flat managment mode for engineering construction in which the project construction department is taken as the main body of implemntation, the standardization of construction technology and management flow, the innovation and popularization of construction technology, etc. These achievements and experiences contribute to improve the management and control ability in worksite and can ensure the orderly advancement of the project, so they are available for reference in the construction and management of future UHV projects.
