摘    要:面对降低运行成本,提高发送电设备的利用率以及改善电力质量和用户服务的挑战,迫切需要采用电力系统状态监测技术,状态监测可使维护只在需要时和安排,使停电时间最短,降低成本,延长设备的使用寿命,介绍了电力系统状态监测的概念,作用和一般方法,阐述了电力系统状态监测的研究现状和发展趋势,并指出状态监测将发展成为电力系统中的一个重要的新兴研究领域。

Abstract:The increased challenges to reduce operating costs, enhance the availability of the generating and transmission equipment and improve the supply of power and service to customers, have produced a need for condition monitoring of power system. With condition monitoring, maintenance is scheduled only when it is required, but before failure occurs. In this way, downtime is minimized, maintenance costs are reduced and the life of assets is extended. After introducing the concepts and functions of condition monitoring, this paper describes the general methods and research status of the condition monitoring in power system, and points out its development trends. It is expected that condition monitoring will be developed into a new important research field.
