电力市场下的电价上限设定模型

摘    要:根据浙江电力市场的历史数据给出了不同电价上限情况下系统剩余容量百分比与平均上网电价之间的关系模型。分析了电力供求状况、电价上限和总平均上网电价之间的关系,提出了设定电力市场电价上限的新模型。该模型对于根据总平均上网电价的要求设定合理的电价上限具有较好的参考价值,最后通过具体算例验证了该模型的有效性。

Abstract:It’s of great significance to set a reasonable price cap in electricity market. In this paper, based on the historical data of Zhejiang electricity market, a relational model between system surplus capacity percent (SCP) and average generation price under different price caps is given. The relation of supply and demand condition of electricity, price cap and total average generation price are analyzed; on this basis, a new model of price cap setting is proposed. The proposed model can be well applied in price cap setting according to the requirement of total generation price. Some numerical examples validate the effectiveness of the proposed model.
