摘    要:本提出一种实用的采用分解协调方法的多区输电系统规划模型,通过多区优化开停机计划和发电调度,使互联各系统之间的电力电量交换最优化,采用产生式规划的专家系统设计经济和安全的联络线,互联各系统内部的输民网络的扩展方案由最人负荷供电能力和灵敏度分析算法进行,同时进行网间联络线和网内输电线的协调,最后进行发电和输电系统综合可靠性评价,以保证总体的安全、可靠性和稳定性的进一步协调。

Abstract:A practical decomposition and coordina-tion method for multi-area power transmission systemplanning has been proposed. Multi-area unit commit-ment and dispatching are used to oprtmize the ex-changes between sub-systems. An expert system usingproduction rules is adopted to design economic and se-cure ne lines. Sub-system transmission network are ex-panded with algorithm of maximum load supply capa-bility and sensitivity analysis. Interconnections and lo-cal transmission are coordinated therein. Finally thecomposite generarion and transmission reliabihty as-sessment is proressed to ensure global further coordi-nation of security. reliability and stability.
