| Abstract: | This paper presents a method for power network planning incorporating uncertainties. Describing uncertainties based on the fuzzy set theory, the model of minimizing power supply fuzzy cost is established and the algorithm about it is discussed. Application of this method in four stages 220kV power network Planning of Shanghai Pudong District indicates the feasibility of the proposed approach. |
