摘    要:配网自动化的内容涉及配电和用电领域的各个方面。在配网自动化设计实施时,需结合本地实际情况设计自己的最优方案。自动化系统在保证电压质量、降低电网网损的同时,要尽可能简化配电网的结构及减少投资,在充分合理利用能源的基础上,大大减少调度、无人职守站值班员和保修人员的数量及其劳动强度,做到减员增效。论述了宣化配网自动化系统构成与功能开发,重点介绍了配网自动化系统与相关自动化系统的整合技术、故障处理技术、通讯技术等。

Abstract:The content of Distribution Automation relates to every aspects about electric power distribution and utilization. Designers should integrate vicinal practice with the design of Distribution Automation System, and create a optimum project during the system design. Besides improving power quality and reducing transmission losses, the automation system should try to simplify the structure of Distribution Power Grid, and decrease investments. On the base of taking full advantage of energy sources, the automation system can improve efficiency by decreasing the number and work intensions of dispatchers or watches. The paper discussed the structure and function design about Distribution Automation System of Xuanhua district, and emphasized the technology about integration between Distribution Automation System and systems related to it, and introduced the technology of fault disposal and the technology of communication.
