智能电网的评估指标体系

摘    要:简要介绍了智能电网的内涵和国内外发展现状,结合我国实际情况,阐述了建设智能电网的重要意义和重点,提出了坚强智能电网的多因子综合评估指标体系初步框架,该体系包括智能电网规模发展水平、智能电网技术支撑能力和智能电网发展效果3方面一级指标,各一级指标还包括细化的二级指标和三级指标。
