| 摘 要： | 分析了快速发展城市的电网规划所面临的新问题,包括:负荷密度迅速增加,中心城区负荷密度过高,高压输变电设施需深入市区;用地矛盾突出且成本上升迅速;电网规划建设的周期被拉长等。针对上述问题,提出了电网组团式发展战略和以网带点的规划指导思想。在城市电网中增加组团虚拟层次,将电网划分为若干组团,组团内部紧密联系,组团间通过高电压等级互联,可有效控制短路容量,提高电网运行灵活性,降低电网建设成本。提出以网带点的规划思想,优先规划输电廊带,根据输电廊带进行变电站选址,可较大幅度提高电网规划的可行性和经济性。该文所提出的方法在中山供电局得到了实际应用。
