基于实时电价的智能用电系统

摘    要:介绍了我国智能用电技术的发展历程,分析了电价政策对智能用电的影响,提出了基于实时电价的智能用电系统框架,阐述了系统各部分的功能需求,包括主站系统、远程信道、智能电表、本地信道、互动终端、智能开关等,给出了智能用电系统的信息流程。比较了实时电价阶段的智能用电与传统用电方式的不同。
