摘    要:为了确保水轮发电机组的安全稳定和经济运行,需要对水轮发电机组进行监测与故障诊断.作者提出在Internet和Windows环境下利用有效的网络资源、PXI、MXI-3和DataSocket技术,采用易于扩展的客户/服务器结构模式来设计水轮发电机组的远程监测和故障诊断系统.文中对该系统的总体方案、软硬件组成及系统的功能作了详细的说明.该系统实现了水轮发电机组信号的数据采集、数据分析和处理,并能通过Internet进行故障诊断,具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:To ensure secure, stable and economic operation of hydroelectric generating sets, it is necessary to realize the monitoring and fault diagnosis for them. Under the environment of Internet and Windows and using network resource, PXI, MXI-3 and DataSocket technology, a remote monitoring and diagnosis system for hydroelectric generating sets is designed by use of easy to expanded Client/Server mode The architecture of this system, the constitution of its hardware and software and the functions of this system are described in detail. With this system the data acquisition, analysis and processing of the signals of hydroelectric generating sets are implemented, the fault diagnosis of the generating sets can be performed through Internet. This system is applied to actual hydroelectric generating set and the operation experience shows that the designed system is flexible and expandable and possesses good real-time performance.
