华北电网利用十三陵抽水蓄能电厂水电机组进行黑启动的试验研究

为了保证首都电网安全可靠供电，除了从运行方式、继电保护及安全稳定控制装置等方面专门研究外，也应研究在最严重的情况（即由于性灾难性事故而导致首都电网全停）下如何快速恢复首都电网供电的措施，它应包括几套黑启动调度预案。作者阐述了黑启动的概念，提出了华北电网利用十三陵抽水蓄能电厂水电机组的黑启动方案，并对黑启动过程中可能出现的问题进行了研究。介绍了华北电网成功的黑启动试验。最后对研究黑启动问题的一般思路进行了总结。

INVESTIGATION OF BLACK START FOR NORTH CHINA POWER SYSTEM BY SHISANLING HYDROELECTRIC GENERATING SETS

To ensure the power supply reliability of Beijing region, the study on the operating modes, the apparatus for stability control and the protective relaying of North China Power Network should be paid special attention to. Also the measures which include several black start plans should be studied for restoring the power supply as quickly as possible when the black out of North China Power Network occurs due to unexpected mischance. In this paper firstly the concept of black start is presented, then a black start plan for North China Power Network by Shisanling hydroelectric generating sets is put forward and the problems which could appear in the black start are discussed. According to this plan a successful test of black start of North China Power Network is introduced. At last the general train of thought for the research of black start is summarized.
