电力系统规划与静态安全评估软件设计与实现

摘    要:设计并实现了电力系统规划与静态安全评估相结合的应用软件,基于模块化的思想将系统分为电源规划、电网规划、静态电压稳定分析与安全风险评估4个功能模块。采用ORACLE数据库统一管理各模块所需数据,保证了模块之间的数据同步。在电源规划中采用改进的等备用率法进行机组检修规划,实现了多分段机组随机生产模拟技术,并考虑了水电机组和抽水蓄能机组。在电网规划中增加了N-2安全校验。在静态电压稳定分析中采用了基于π型基本回路模型的电压稳定指标。在安全风险评估中建立了能定量评估规划网络和运行网络安全状况的风险评估指标体系。华东地区某实际电力系统的仿真计算验证了该软件系统架构和算法的正确性和有效性。

Abstract:The application software in which power system planning and static security assessment are combined is developed and realized. Based on the idea of modularization, this software is divided into four functional modules, i.e., power generation planning, power network planning, static voltage stability analysis and security risk assessment. The data required by each module is managed by ORACLE database, thus the synchronization among modules can be ensured. In power generation planning module the improved equal reserve rate method is adopted in generator maintenance scheduling, thus the multi subsection probabilistic production simulation technology of generation units is implemented while the waterpower generation units and pumped storage units are considered; in power network planning module the N-2 security check is added; in static voltage stability analysis module the voltage stability margin index (VSMI) based on π-shaped basic loop model is adopted; and in security risk assessment module the risk estimation index system is built that can quantitatively assess the security conditions of networks being planned and operating networks. Simulation results of a certain actual power system in East China verify the correctness and effectiveness of both architecture and algorithm of the developed software.
