电力系统数字光电量测系统的应用及效益分析

摘    要:在分析数字光电量测技术特点的基础上,讨论了数字光电量对未来紧凑型变电站、电力系统保护与控制和变电站自动化等方面的作用及影响,分析了它们在电力系统中应用所产生的预期经济效益。同时,介绍了IEC和美国EPRI在制定“变电站通信网络和系统”标准方面的最新进展。

Abstract:On the basis of analyzing the technical features of digital optical measurement technology the effect and impact of digital electro optical measurement technology on future compact substations, protection and control in power systems and substation automation are described. The anticipated economic benefits which can be obtained by application of this technology to power system are analyzed. Moreover, the latest progress in constituting the standard series on the communication network and system in the substation by IEC and IEEE is presented.
