红外测温技术与变电站图像监控系统的融合研究与实现

摘    要:首先基于红外测温原理构建了系统测温模型和温度修正模型;然后根据电力系统实际需求,确定了红外测温仪的性能指标,并依据模型对仪器测温结果进行修正,提高了测温精度;最后针对具体的图像监控系统,提出软硬件实现方案,并对原有系统进行了二次开发,实现了通过图像监控画面选择待测电力设备,并控制站端红外测温仪动作。系统实现简单,成本低廉,具有一定的工程应用价值。

Abstract:Firstly,according to infrared theory a temperature measurement model and a temperature modification model are constructed.Then,in the light of actual demand of power system,the performance index of infrared thermometer is decided and based on the proposed models the temperature measurement results are modified,thus the accuracy of temperature measurement is improved.Finally,the implementation scheme of hardware and software for concrete video surveillance system are given,and the secondary development of original video surveillance system is conducted to realize the selection of power equipments whose temperatures are to be measured by use of the surveillance picture as well as to control the action of infrared thermometer installed in substation.The proposed video surveillance system is low cost and simple to realize,and possesses some practical value in engineering.
