电池储能装置在抑制电力系统低频振荡中的应用

摘    要:提出应用电池储能装置来抑制电力系统低频振荡,其特点是能快速地根据系统目前的状况从系统吸收或向系统发出有功和无功功率,并且有功、无功是相互独立的,可以同时互不干扰地进行。应用商业软件PSS/E对四机两区域电力系统和华东电网进行了仿真,比较了电池储能装置安装在不同位置、在不同控制方式及不同容量下抑制系统低频振荡的效果。结果表明,所接入储能装置的地点和控制方式、控制策略和容量对抑制系统低频振荡的效果有重要影响。

Abstract:It is proposed to suppress power system low-frequency oscillation by battery energy storage (BES). The feature of the proposed method is that it can rapidly absorb or send active power and reactive power from or to power system while the active power and reactive power are independent each other and without mutual interference. By use of commercial software PSS/E and taking the simulation of a 4-machine 2-area power system and East China power grid for example, the effects of suppressing power system low-frequency oscillation are compared while the BES is installed in different locations and different capacity under different control modes. Simulation results show that the location where the BES is installed, control mode and control strategy as well as the capacity of BES greatly impact on the effect of suppressing power system low-frequency oscillation.
