光学电流互感器对继电保护系统的影响研究

摘    要:以光学电流传感器(OCT)为代表的新型电流互感器的出现,解决了继电保护中传统电磁式电流互感器的饱和以及暂态精度不高等问题。文中根据Faraday磁光效应OCT的工作原理和特点,并依据无缝通信系统协议IEC 61850,提出了利用光纤以太网实现OCT与微机保护接口的方案。比较了采用光学电流互感器的继电保护装置与采用传统电磁式电流互感器的继电保护装置,得知采用OCT可显著提高继电保护装置的灵敏性及可靠性。

Abstract:The appearance of new types of CTs represented by optical current transducer (OCT) solves the difficulties ofsaturation and low transient accuracy of traditionalelectromagnetic CTs used in protective relaying. According tothe working principle and features of the OCT based on theFaraday magneto-optical effect and based on the seamlesscommunication protocol in IEC 61850, a scheme to implement the interface between OCT and microprocessor based protection device by optical Ethernet is proposed. Through the comparison between the protective device adopting OCT and that adopting traditional electromagnetic CT, the conclusion that sensitivityand reliability of protective relaying can be remarkably improved by use of OCT is obtained.
