闪变值离散化计算的误差分析及其应用

摘    要:离散化算法可简化闪变值的计算过程.文章介绍了闪变值的离散化算法,并对其误差进行了分析,分析结果表明离散化算法在低频段误差较小.由于风电场并网运行引起的电压波动频率一般比较低,因此闪变值的离散化算法可应用于计算分析风电场并网运行引起的闪变.为使离散化算法适于较大的频率范围,提出了对与IEC标准给出的瞬时闪变视感度S(t)=1相对应的电压波动数据进行拟合的处理方法.

Abstract:The calculation of flicker severity can be simplified by discrete algorithm presented in this paper and the analysis results of the error of this algorithm show that in the lower frequency band the error is comparatively small. The frequency of voltage fluctuation, caused by connecting wind farm with power system, is lower, therefore, the discrete algorithm can be applied to the calculation and analysis of flicker appeared under this condition. To make the discrete algorithm suitable to wider frequency band, a processing method is presented, in which the voltage fluctuation data corresponding to S(t0=1 given by IEC standard is fitted, here the symbol S(t) represents instantaneous perceptibility.
