摘    要:提出了一种用于电力系统静态稳定性分析的故障筛选和排序方法,该方法分为两个阶段:在第1阶段采用基于灵敏度的负荷裕度预估方法和通过两次潮流迭代预估系统电压降的方法从全部故障中筛选出严重故障集;在第2阶段采用改进的二次曲线预估方法对严重故障进行负荷裕度的预估和排序,同时应用故障连续潮流对失稳故障进行识别和排序.利用该方法开发的电力系统静态稳定分析与控制软件在国外某实际电力系统中的成功运行表明了该方法的有效性.

Abstract:A contingency screening and ranking method for static stability analysis of power system is proposed. This method includes two phases, in the first phase a critical contingency set is screened from all of faults by use of sensitivity based load margin pre-estimation and by means of two times of power flow iterations to pre-estimate the voltage drop of system, in the second phase by using improved pre-estimation method of quadric curve the load margins of critical contingencies are pre-estimated and screened. At the same time, the insecure contingencies are identified and ranked by using the contingency parameterized continuation power flow. The successful operation of the power system static stability analysis and control software, which is developed on the basis of the proposed method, in a certain actual power system abroad shows that the proposed method is effective.
