风电功率波动的时空分布特性

摘    要:风电功率的波动特性是其对接入电网安全稳定运行产生影响的根本原因。由于缺乏实测数据,量化评估风电波动的影响程度一直难以解决。我国在建巨型风电基地(1~20 GW)所覆盖的地理空间更广、机组类型及台数更多,对其输出功率波动特性的量化评估是保证接入电网安全稳定运行的基础。基于中国东北某省级电网GW级风电场群实测功率数据,定量分析了风电功率波动在不同时间、空间尺度上的分布特性。分析结果表明,风电功率波动的时空分布具有一定的趋势性,且随着风电场群集聚规模的增大,风电功率的波动特性呈现较为明显的平缓效应。
