摘    要:配电网故障后的供电恢复是一带约束的多目标优化问题,文中描述了在配电网实时运行环境中2个用以恢复供电和平衡负荷的重构算法,但当可行方案不存在时,它们就无法提供一个能尽量减少负荷失电的最佳方案,为此,文中提出了将启发式规划和模糊逻辑相结合的算法,测试结果验证了该算法的有效性和鲁棒性。

Abstract:The service restoration of a constraineddistribution network after faults is a multi-object optimization problem. In this paper two feeder reconfiguration algorithms for the purpose of service restoration and load balance under a real-time operation environment are described. However, if a feasible solution does not exist, it is impossible to provide an optimal project for minimizing the inevitable load drop by the above mentioned algorithms. Therefore, an algorithm in which the heuristic rules combined with the fuzzy logic is put forward. Testing results show that this algorithm is effective and robust.
