摘    要:变电站倒闸操作次序的自动拟定是专家系统在电力系统中的最早应用领域之一。文中介绍了一个通用的面向对象的专家系统。它可用于为农网变电站自动生成工作票并拟定操作次序。为了实现源代码的重用并改善软件的性能,面向对象的继承性被用于构造软件的类体系,且类的构造是基于拟定操作次序和安全措施的需要,而不是根据详细的设备分类。对于同一种检修或恢复任务,用于安全措施的成员函数和用于操作的成员函数被放入同一个类,这样该系统实现了2种开票功能的有机结合。该系统应用于某县电网所属的所有配电变电站,体现了其在解决有限、特定种类接线变电站开票问题方面的通用性。

Abstract:Automatic generation of substation switching order is one of the initial applications of expert systems in power systems. However, because of their poor versatility and maintainability, expert systems of this kind are hard to widely spread. In addition, all Chinese utilities force relating workers to fill a form on related safety measures that should be prepared before substation equipment maintenance. An object-oriented versatile expert system is presented which can be applied to the automatic generation of work orders and to work out the switching sequence for rural substations. To realize the reuse of source code and improve the performance of the software, the inheritance of object-oriented programming is used in the design of the software's class hierarchy, and only a limited number of classes are constructed based on the need to plan the switching sequences and safety measures, rather than based on real detailed types of substation devices. For a same kind of maintaining or restoring task, the member functions on safety measures and the corresponding member functions on switching sequences are placed into the same class. In this way, it integrates the above two functions well, and is being used for all substations in a rural distribution network, which suggests that it has some universality to do above two kinds of work for the substations of limited specific configurations.
