| 摘 要： | 当前特高压大电网的发展和分布能源自愈电网的研发已形成两个不同的亮点。作者在阐述电网安全控制技术发展趋势的基础上，就有关自愈电网和分布能源的产生背景、研发过程、关键技术，及其和大电网之间的相互关系进行了分析和讨论。最后，提出了将某些自愈电网方法应用于当前大电网建设和运行的建议。

| Abstract: | The developing of bulk grid based on super high voltage and the researching of self-healing grid(SHG) including distributed energy resource(DER) are two distinctive highlights recently.Having presented the developing trend of power system security control,the emergence background,research process and key technique of SHG and DER as well as its relationship with bulk grid are analyzed and discussed in this paper.Finally the suggestion on applying some SHG methodology to current bulk grid construction and operation is put forward. |
