摘    要:本文在分析了华北电网发电情况,负荷变化 特点及调度要求的基础上,应用电力系统动态优化调度的理认及两级协调方程算法,在发电计划中考虑了发电机组输出功率变化速率约束和响应能力约束等动态约束条件。

Abstract:In this paper, the load changing characteristicsand dispatching requirements of power system in North Chinaare analyzed. Based on the dynamic optimal dispatch theoryand two-stage coordinated equation algorithm, the dynamicgeneration schedule for power system in North China is Per-formed, considering ramp-rate constraints and looking-aheadconstraints. The calculation results show that dynamic genera-tion schedule coordinates security, economy and reliability ofpower system and may well realize the function of real timedispatch.
