南方电网动态电压稳定对其西电东送能力的影响

摘    要:使用国内首次引进的电力系统安全评估商业软件VSAT,基于2005年规划数据进行了南方电网动态(中长期)电压稳定对其西电东送能力影响的研究,结果表明:在负荷水平较低、系统无功较为充足时,用有载调压变压器可以有效地恢复负荷母线电压;但当负荷水平较高、系统无功不足时,调整有载调压分接头会引发负荷地区的发电机过励限制器动作限制励磁电流,从而加重系统无功不足,严重时会引起系统电压崩溃.动态电压稳定问题是影响南方电网西电东送能力的一个重要方面.

Abstract:Using commercial power system security evaluation software VAST which is first led into China and according to the planned data for the year of 2005, the influence of dynamic voltage stability of South China power grid for middle- and long-term on its power transmission capability from West China to East China is researched, the research results show that under low load level and adequate reactive power the voltage of load buses can be effectively restored by adjusting on-load tap changer (OTLC). Under the high load level and inadequate reactive power the adjustment of OTLC may cause the action of over-excitation limiters, therefore, the shortage of reactive power of power grid will be aggravated and the serious shortage of reactive power may lead to voltage collapse in power grid, therefore, dynamic voltage stability is an important aspect influencing the power transmission capabilty of South China power grid from West China to East China.
