相间功率控制器的潮流调控性能分析

摘    要:通过分析相间功率控制器(IPC)的功角特性,提出了一种通过综合协调改变IPC参数和联络线两侧发电机组输出功率的联络线潮流和联络线两侧电网频率协调控制方案。分析比较了在不同扰动情况下调谐型IPC和非调谐型IPC 在控制联络线潮流和保持系统同步运行能力方面的区别,并根据东北-华北电网实际数据进行了仿真。仿真结果表明, 调谐型IPC稳定联络线潮流和保证联络线两侧电网同步运行的效果优于非调谐型IPC。

Abstract:According to angle characteristics of interphase power controller (IPC) a method to coordinately control the tie-line power flow and frequencies of power grids at both sides of tie-line is proposed, in which the parameters of IPC and output power of generators at both sides of tie-line are comprehensively and coordinately changed. In case of different disturbances the differences of tuned-IPC and nontuned-IPC in the ability of controlling tie-line power flow and keeping up synchronization of two subsystems are analyzed and compared, and the simulation based on actual data of Northeast-North China interconnected power grid is performed. Simulation results show that tuned-IPC is better than nontuned-IPC in stabilizing tie-line power flow and keeping up the synchronization of the subsystems at both sides of tie-line.
