摘    要:提出一种基于边界保护原理的配电网故障区段无通信定位方法:通过在各保护区段边界处并联一定频率的谐振装置,利用装置对谐振频率处故障暂态电流分量的衰减作用,强化相应频带的电流谱能量在边界两侧的差异,达到各边界处保护开关根据能量比值自动识别故障区段的目的。此方法无需通信设备或开关间配合,具有高速性、灵敏性及可靠性等特点。仿真及物理试验证明了该方法在各种故障情况下的有效性。

Abstract:A non-communication fault section location method based on boundary protection for distribution network is proposed. By means of connecting resonance devices with a certain center frequency at the boundaries of protected sections in parallel, due to the attenuation of transient component of fault current at resonance frequency of the device, the difference of transient current spectrum energy in corresponding frequency bands at both sides of the boundary is strengthened to achieve the purpose of automatically recognizing fault section by protection circuit breakers at boundaries according to energy ratios. This method is fast, sensitive and reliable, and needs not communication equipments or the coordination among circuit breakers. Simulation results and physical tests prove that the proposed method is effective under various fault conditions.
