摘    要:针对当前无功补偿存在的问题,设计了一种基于负荷实测的无功优化系统。在对系统进行总体设计的基础上,参照9区图法的控制策略设计了3种无功补偿控制模式,并采用就地和远端2种控制方式相结合的方法实现了无功补偿控制策略的优化。给出了系统的节能效益分析算法,并通过实例分析证明了系统具有很好的节能效果,基于负荷实测的无功优化系统可更有效地降低电网损耗,提高了电能质量。

Abstract:In allusion to problems in existing reactive power compensation,a reactive power optimization system based on load measurement is proposed.Referring to the control strategy used in the partitioning of voltage-reactive power plane,three control modes for reactive power compensation are designed,and by use of the combination of local control mode with remote end control mode the reactive power control strategy is optimized.An algorithm for energy conservation effect of the designed system is given,and the energy conservation effect of the proposed system is verified by case analysis.The proposed system can reduce network loss more effectively and improve power quality.
