基于模糊推理和多目标规划的空间负荷预测

摘    要:在传统空间负荷预测基础上加以改进,重点考虑了以下问题:(1)运用模糊推理计算小区对各用地类型适应性的评分,使用地决策更加符合城市发展形势;(2)给出城市小区改造判据,弥补了传统空间负荷只能处理城市平稳发展的缺陷;(3)引入多目标线性规划,计及建设与改造投资,使土地的分配更具经济性,从而使配网规划更加经济合理。作给出的空间负荷预测模型已用Visio C 6.0编程实现,用其对具体算例的分析结果令人满意。

Abstract:On the basis of traditional spatial load forecasting (SLF) this kind of load forecasting method is renovated mainly in three aspects, they are: (A) The calculation method of the score for a certain small area is put forward which characterizes the adaptability of this area to the usefulness of different kinds of loads by use of fuzzy reasoning, therefore, the land usage decision for this area can accord with the development situation of the city; (B) The criteria for small area rebuilding are given and the defects in traditional spatial load forecasting are remedied; (C) Leading in linear multi-objective programming and considering the investment for builidng and rebuilding, more economic effect can be obtained from the allotment of the small area to the users, so that the distribution network planning will be more economical and reasonable. The improved spatial load forecasting model is implemented by Visual C++ 6.0 and the analysis result for practical calculation examples by this model is satisfied.
