摘    要:详细探讨了现代启发式方法家族中新兴成员蚁群最优(Ant Colony Optimization, ACO)在配电网络扩展规划中的应用。蚁群最优是一种通用的内启发式(meta-Heuristic)算法,能够有效地求解大规模组合优化问题。文中给出了同时考虑配电网络扩展的固定费用和与电能损失相关的可变费用的配电网络规划的非线性混合整数规划模型,探讨了基于ACO的配电网络规划方法,并用该方法对一具有6个变电所、102条馈线的配电网络进行了测试。结果表明,文中所提方法是可行的、有效的。

Abstract:A new algorithm for distribution network expansion planning is presented. The algorithm is based on Ant Colony Optimization (ACO) approach, which is a new general-purpose meta-heuristic and has been demonstrated to be effective in solving hard combinatorial optimization problems. In this paper, the problem of distribution network planning is formulated as a non-linear, mixed-integer programming problem considering both the fixed costs of distribution system expansion and the variable non-linear costs associated with the power losses. An ACO-based approach is then introduced in detail. Finally, a sample distribution system with 6 substations and 102 feeders is studied, which demonstrates the feasibility and efficiency of the proposed method.
