自适应接地保护的研究

摘    要:电网接地保护设置是电力系统继电保护的一个重要组成部分。传统继电保护的整定值是通过离线计算得到、并且在运行中保持不变,这就使保护装置无法达到最佳保护效果。继电保护的自适应算法能自动适应电力系统运行方式和故障类型的变化,在线计算并修正保护的整定值,使保护装置始终处于最佳工作状态。作了自适应零序速断保护和接地距离保护的基本原理和实现方案,并同传统继电保护进行了比较,同时从工程应用的角度分析了实现自适应继电保护的可能性。

Abstract:The ground protection device is an important part in power system protective relaying. For traditional protective relaying their settings are calculated in off line mode and does not vary henceforth, it causes that the optimal protection cannot be achieved. Whereas, the adaptive algorithm of protective relaying can automatically suit the operating modes of power system and the changes of fault kinds, and it can also calculate and revise the settings in on line mode, it always leads the protective devices to optimal working status. In this paper the basic principle and realization project of adaptive fast tripping zero sequence current protection and adaptive distance protection are expounded, and a comparison of adaptive protection with traditional protection is carried out. At the same time, in the view of engineering, the feasibility of implementing adaptive protection is analyzed. The presented project of adaptive protection is applied to simulation calculation of substation automation and the expected effect is obtained.
