| 摘 要： | 介绍了印度"7.30"、"7.31"大停电事故的发展经过、恢复情况及原因分析。在总结印度大停电事故教训的基础上,回顾近年来国际上主要大停电事故,总结出这些大停电事故的共性和差异。最后,结合我国电网调度运行管理和跨区互联电网运行的实际情况,提出了大停电对我国电网调度运行工作的几点启示。
