| 摘 要： | 讨论了电力市场环境下辅助服务的获取与成本的分摊问题，简要介绍了国际上几个典型的电力市场中辅助服务的获取及其定价方法，在此基础上，对我国电力工业市场化后的辅助服务的获取和定价原则提出了一些看法，此外，还阐明了备用容量和主能量交易一体优化的思想以及确定备用容量的电价和电量电价的原则。

| Abstract: | The procurement of ancillary service and the allocation of the incurred cost are discussed. The procurement of ancillary services in some typical electricity market and their pricing is introduced. On this basis and after the market of domestic electric power industry is implemented, some view-points on the procurement of ancillary service and its pricing are put forward. In addition, the thought on integral whole optimization of the transaction of reserve capacity and main energy supply is expounded and the principle to determine the capacity price of spinning reserve capacity and the energy price is given. |
