基于SE-DEA模型的电网规划方案综合决策体系

为解决电网规划方案综合决策过程的复杂性，建立了基于SE-DEA模型的多属性多目标电网规划方案综合决策体系，给出了一套综合评价指标集，通过合理选择输入、输出指标以及处理指标集中的定量和定性数据，形成了完整的综合决策方法，根据综合产出与综合投入的比率值实现了对电网规划方案的综合排序和选优。实例结果表明，该综合决策体系理论清晰、计算方便、结果直观，具有一定的应用价值。

Comprehensive Judgment for Power System Planning Alternatives Based on SE-DEA Model

To solve the complexity of the power system planning decision-making process,a supper efficiency-data envelopment analysis(SE-DEA) model based comprehensive decision-making scheme for multi-attributive multi-objective power network planning is established and a comprehensive evaluation index set is given.By means of reasonably selecting input and output indices as well as dealing with quantitative and qualitative data in which the indices are concentrated,a complete comprehensive decision making method is formed.According to the value of the ratio of comprehensive input to comprehensive output,the comprehensive ordering and optimization selection of power network planning are implemented.Case study results show that the proposed comprehensive decision-making scheme is clear in theory,convenient to calculate and its decision-making result is intuitionistic,thus the proposed scheme is available for practical application.
